The tourist tax is to be paid to the owner, according to regulations.
Deposit: € 150 upon arrival to the cottage.
Rental fee: The price covers for an electricity quota of 8 kWh per day and 500 liters of water per day. Any supplement is to be paid directly to the ownerbefore departure (meter reading based).
Please note: If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional clients or ask for an extra charge.
Access:
Coming from Rennes take the RN12 to Saint-Brieuc-Guingamp.
From RN12 at Guingamp, take the directions for LANNION.
Then take the exit for BÉGARD town center and follow the signs 'GOLF AND GÎTES'.
After 2.5km, turn left towards PRAT (D74) and follow the sign ‘GOLF’.
